Shipping

  • Current TAT is 5-7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping is a flat rate $7.99. Purchases over $35 qualify for FREE SHIPPING within the US. 
  • Expedited USPS 2 day express option rates and info: You may choose this option at checkout. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Expedited USPS Priority Express is our fastest shipping method with an estimated arrival time of 2 days.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled. Please note the tracking number may not be valid until the package has been scanned in by the carrier. For example, if an order is fulfilled late Friday afternoon, you may receive a tracking number but not be able to track the package until it leaves Monday. Keep this in mind on Holidays as well.
  • From date shipped depending on where you are located in the U.S. it could take 2-7 business days. Estimated delivery time does not include holidays or weekends.
  • We are not responsible for delays with USPS shipping or lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777
  • If you are needing something rushed for a birthday, anniversary, ETC, please don't hesitate to reach out to info@wildcardtees.com & we will do our very best to accommodate.
  •  It is your responsibility to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the customer entered the wrong address at checkout. If you need to update an address and your order has not shipped we will do our best to accomodate. Please email info@wildcardtees.com.

Returns

We offer three different return/exchange options:

  • 1. Refunds: Request a refund minus any applicable shipping costs within 10 days.
  • 2. Exchange without New Purchase: You are welcome to send the item back and request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value within 30 days. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value than the item returned, please include a note with your personal email so we can send an invoice.
  • 3. Exchange with New Purchase: You are welcome to exchange by ordering a new item online and then send the item that is no longer wanted back for a refund minus shipping within 30 days.  For this option you will need to include a copy of the new Invoice Number with the return.
  •  If you need us to send you a label, it will be deducted from your credit/refund. Please email info@wildcardtees.com if you'd like us to send you a label. You are welcome to ship back using your own label!
  • Once we receive your return please allow 5 business days to process your refund or exchange.
  • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
  • Did we make a mistake? If there was an error packaging your order, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive the correct item. We won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.
  • While we don't mind changing a size, or an address before an order ships, please double check your order! If an order is already shipped and you need a change, we ask that your follow through the normal return process.

Care Instructions

  • To extend the life of your shirts, wash them inside-out in cold water and line dry.
